Daddy would love to ship everything from one place, but your piece ships from the vendor who makes or stocks it, so timing depends on the vendor.

Find your piece's vendor below. Times are each vendor's own estimates, taken from their published policies and checked in October 2026, and are not guaranteed. Not sure which vendor is shipping your piece? Email info@daddyjo.com with your order number.

What DADDY JO controls

The vendor sets how fast your piece ships. DADDY JO sets what you pay at checkout and where we ship.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the pieces in your cart, and is shown before you pay. Within the United States:

• Most pieces: the charge is calculated at checkout for your address.
• Pieces shipped by our partner supplier: $7.50 flat. The entries below mark these.
• FLESH and CORPUS: free when your FLESH and CORPUS pieces come to $50 or more. Under $50, charged by the weight of your order. Up to 500 g: $7.77. Over 500 g, up to 1 kg: $9.54. Over 1 kg, up to 2 kg: $9.80. Over 2 kg, up to 3 kg: $13.42. Over 3 kg, up to 5 kg: $18.10. Heavier orders are priced by weight at checkout.
• SIGMA: free. When SIGMA comes home in 2027, your bottle ships express, on Daddy.
• PATRONUS: shipping is on Daddy, for every package through the year.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not ship to the EU or to any other country outside the United States. Some vendors cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii. Where a vendor says so, its entry notes it.

Orders with several vendors

If your order includes pieces from more than one vendor, the pieces ship separately, in separate packages from different locations, and may arrive on different days. Each group of pieces that ships together carries its own charge from the list above. Checkout adds them into one shipping total, shown before you pay. SIGMA and PATRONUS ship later than the rest of an order, so they never hold it up.

Tracking

When the vendor provides tracking, we email it to you once your piece ships. Some vendors do not offer tracking. If yours does not, we will tell you.

Vendors are grouped by how long they take to ship. Each vendor appears once. Business days, cut-off times and delivery times are the vendor's own.

DADDY JO's own lines

SIGMA and PATRONUS (DADDY JO Fragrances)

• SIGMA is a presale and ships in 2027, by express, with shipping covered.
• PATRONUS packages are curated by Daddy and shipped through the year, with shipping covered.

FLESH and CORPUS

• Made to order for you, then shipped.
• Preparation takes 2 full business days for 1 to 20 products, then 2 to 5 business days to deliver within the US.

• Each vendor ships the same day (when ordered before its daily cut-off) or within 1 business day.
• Cut-off times and delivery times after shipping are in each entry.

Briefs, jocks and trunks.

• Orders received before 1 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship the same day (in-stock orders).
• Delivery within the United States takes 7 to 21 business days and is not guaranteed.

Cramilo Eyewear

• Orders placed before 8 a.m. Pacific ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.
• Ships to PO boxes and military addresses by USPS only.
• Flat $7.50 shipping within the US.

• Most orders ship the same day when ordered by 1 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday; Saturday cut-off is noon Eastern.
• Most US orders arrive in 3 to 5 days. Ships from central Florida. A signature may be required on larger orders.

• Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day; oversized, fragile, personalized, backordered or complex orders may take longer.
• Most US orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after shipment, by UPS or USPS. An order may arrive in more than one package.

• Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Alcohol-based fragrances ship by ground only. PO boxes, Alaska and Hawaii may be ineligible.

Delays

All shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. A vendor's production time, the carrier, customs, weather and other events outside our control can delay an order. If your order is taking longer than expected, email info@daddyjo.com and we will follow up with the vendor for you.

Address errors

Check your shipping address at checkout. Whether an address can be changed depends on the vendor, and it cannot be changed once a piece has shipped. To ask for a change, email info@daddyjo.com right away with your order number. Some vendors charge to reship a package that was returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, damaged or missing packages

Inspect your order when it arrives. If a package is lost in transit, arrives damaged or is missing items, email info@daddyjo.com right away with your order number and photos, so that we can take it up with the vendor. Vendors set their own reporting windows, and some are short: a few allow as little as 24 hours. The refund policy has the detail for damaged or wrong items.
