The scent
Pine, sandalwood and vetiver. A longleaf pine canopy overhead, smooth wood and earthy root underfoot. Warm and unhurried, with a quiet strength to it. One deep breath of Southern calm, and nobody is asking you to move.
The vessel
A steel tin, illustrated with the state's nickname, its notes and a few of the animals that live there.
