A hair-on-hide rug laser-etched with a fractured, asymmetric layout of sharp geometry, in contrasting grey hues.
Made from 100% natural hair-on-hide cowhide, ethically sourced, dyed to color, then laser-detailed and stitched by hand in Patagonia. The palette runs aluminum to platinum. The pile is 5 mm, on a felt-backed construction with special cotton canvas. The laser-cut grid can be scaled, reoriented or changed in tonal contrast.
Seven sizes, from 5′ × 8′ to 12′ × 15′. Custom colors, diameters and shapes are available, in round or square. It is made to order; allow 5–8 weeks.
Daddy puts it in the loft and lets the cracked geometry do the small talk.
