How to burn it+
- The first burn decides the rest. Let the wax melt all the way to the edge before you put it out, or it tunnels from then on.
- Trim the wick to a quarter of an inch before every light.
- No more than four hours at a time, and never in a draft.
- Never leave it burning in an empty room.

The scent
Fir needle, cedar and tobacco. Resinous evergreen meets dry wood and a cured, leafy sweetness, a woodland and a well-worn bar in one breath. Layered, bold and a good deal more urban than it sounds.
