Organic aloe juice calms and hydrates; betaine leaves the hair softer and easier to comb; organic linseed and linden flower extracts soothe the scalp from root to tip. It lathers light, rinses completely, and leaves hair fresh and comfortable rather than squeaky and tangled. Aloe leaf juice

Used as the water phase rather than as a claim. Hydrating and calming from the first ingredient down.

Betaine

Sugar-beet humectant. Draws in moisture and takes the edge off surfactants, which is why a wash built on it rinses without that tight, squeaky finish.

Rose flower water

Organic damask rose water standing in for part of the water phase. Softens the wash and carries the scent.

Linden

Linden flower extract. Soothing and faintly sweet — reached for whenever a formula's whole premise is 'sensitive.'

Linseed

Organic linseed seed extract. Mucilage-rich and softening, chosen for a shampoo formulated for the gentlest possible use.

How to use

Apply a small amount to wet hair, lather gently, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Avoid contact with the eyes; if it happens, rinse with water. For everyday use.

The gentlest wash in the house. For fine hair, delicate scalps, and anyone whose last shampoo left them itching. It asks very little of you, which is the point.
