Hyaluronic acid and betaine revive the skin's moisture and give immediate freshness and comfort; a touch of organic argan keeps it from ever feeling stripped; bisabolol soothes, and oak bark, parsley and burdock bring the antioxidant and clarifying side that combination skin actually wants. It hydrates without weight, sits invisible under nothing or under SPF, and leaves the skin fresh, comfortable, and shine-free through the day. Normal to combination skin, every morning.

What is in it

Bisabolol

The soothing fraction of camomile, isolated. Present so a cream can be actives-forward without turning the skin red.

Hyaluronic acid

Humectant; pulls water into the upper layers and holds it there, so skin reads plump rather than merely damp. Used here at multiple molecular weights so it works at more than one depth.

Aloe leaf juice

Used as the water phase rather than as a claim. Hydrating and calming from the first ingredient down.

Betaine

Sugar-beet humectant. Draws in moisture and takes the edge off surfactants, which is why a wash built on it rinses without that tight, squeaky finish.

Argan kernel oil

Organic argan kernel oil. Fast-absorbing and fatty-acid-rich — the reason a cleansing milk or day cream doesn't sit heavy.

Oak bark extract

Organic oak bark extract. Tannin-rich and mildly astringent — a traditional skin-tightening ingredient doing quiet work in a light day cream.

How to use

Morning, on clean skin, over serum. A fingertip across face and neck. Layers over COLLAGEN ONE or SURGE; pairs with SICCUS or PURGO earlier in the routine for oily skin. At night, a light night cream or REQUIES. The oily-skin counterpart to BASIS.

For skin that goes shiny by eleven. It goes on light, finishes matte, and doesn't make the afternoon worse. The day cream for people who gave up on day cream.
