Sisley Black Rose Eye Contour Fluid
A cold ceramic applicator, a rosy fluid that turns to gel on contact, and a formula aimed at the two things eyes actually do wrong: puff, and darken.
Red vine extract works on brightness and dark circles. Caffeine takes down the look of puffiness. Padina pavonica moisturizes and smooths, and vitamin E acetate protects. It is scented, faintly, with May rose water. The emulsion arrives rosy and thickish and becomes something fresh and melting the moment it meets skin — and the ceramic tip is not a gimmick. It is cold, and cold is what moves fluid out from under an eye.
